  Member's Mark Commercial Sanitizer offers effective sanitizing that kills 99.99% of foodservice germs. The commercial kitchen sanitizer is EPA registered and approved for use on food contact surfaces. This commercial sanitizer is a low cost, effective sanitizing and disinfecting solution for use in schools, daycare centers, salons and even in your home. At 1 oz per gallon of water, it is an effective sanitizer at 200 parts-per-million (ppm) active quat for use on food contact surfaces in 500 ppm hard water against: E-coli, Campylobacter jejuni, E-coli 0157:H7, Klebsiella pnemoniae, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica, Shigella sonneii, Staphylococcus aureus and Yersinia enterocolitica. At 2.25 oz per gallon of water, this sanitizer also acts as a disinfectant against human coronavirus, influenza A2, norovirus-feline calicivirus and Trichophyton mentagrophytes (athlete's foot fungus). The no-rinse formula can be used on washable, hard, nonporous surfaces like dishes, glassware, eating utensils, kitchen equipment, counters, tables and chairs. The product is also suitable for any USDA-inspected food processing facilities or for federally inspected meat and poultry facilities.
